Lauren McCarthy joined the Ringe group for the summer! She graduated from the University of Florida, with a bachelors in science in chemistry. She received the prestigious NSF’s Graduate Research Fellowship Program, and decided to come to Rice after being accepted. She will begin her rotations this fall 2016 for the chemistry PhD program.
Her interests are in catalysis and biometallic nanoparticles applications.
